smooth service! i was in an accident this past week and once i found out my car was totaled, i started looking in the area for another used VW. i found one on their w i was in an accident this past week and once i found out my car was totaled, i started looking in the area for another used VW. i found one on their website and called and they set up my test drive appointment and had the car ready when i got there. the buying process was great. Caitlin was well informed on the cars and helped make everything go so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this place to any one. More

VW BEETLE INTERNET HEAVEN My Wife, Ann and I would like to express just how AMAZING our experience was in acquiring our 2015 VW BEETLE CONVERTIBLE via the Internet. We were f My Wife, Ann and I would like to express just how AMAZING our experience was in acquiring our 2015 VW BEETLE CONVERTIBLE via the Internet. We were fortunate to discover the availability of our car Online because of the limited Inventory Nationwide due to the end of the Model Year. Our initial contact was with Marc Zimmerman who could not have been more responsive and helpful. He did everything possible to demonstrate and assure us that our Car was truly as clean and mint as the Online Photos suggested, including a personal Video Tour of the Vehicle which provided the additional photographic detail we requested as our Delaware Residence was many hours away from the Dealership. Once we were convinced to proceed, Marc handed the delivery details off to Carl Nincke and Chris Bourquin, both of whom expedited the Paperwork and Delivery Details as smoothly as ANY Vehicle purchase we had ever experienced. We cannot express just how pleasant and enjoyable the entire transaction was, and when the Car left the Dealership via the Auto Transport Company, we even received a Photo of the departure. When our Beetle arrived the next day, it was every bit as perfect as they had assured us. Our only issue was that the Car had only 1 Key, but a simple Email to Carl resulted in an immediate response and a Key arrived the next day!! I must say that our only regret is that we never had the chance to meet all 3 of Our Guys, and due to our location in Delaware, will never have the opportunity to experience the Day Apollo Service Department which we assume is also wonderful. Price on Auto Trader is not really the price Called to see if the price on auto trader was really the price and was assured it was. Drove all the way there and really liked the car. When we sat down to do the paperwork, it was explained that you can only get the lower price if you take a high interest rate. Option B is a higher price with a low interest rate. You have to take one or the other. When I showed them that their auto trader ad clearly shows both, the manager said she was sorry, she could see why I would think that, but that's not how VW does it. Wasted a summer day and a lot of gas and still no car. More
