Feel very let down by this dealership. Bought a used Tiguan from them. 2017. Literally just out of warranty. I drove 3 hours to get it, and paid cash. First thing, they actually pulled a credit on me for some reason, even though I told them paying cash and not to pull credit. He said they were not, was just policy to fill out the form? I know, stupid me. Okay, bought it, and drove the vehicle home, and literally 2 days later the tailgate quit working. Now, not on them, my bad. But the fact they would not return calls or respond to questions, just crappy experience and left a really bad taste. Now I'm pretty skeptical this is a coincidence... 1000 dollars later, and no, I did not go back to them, they will not see me again, sure they don't care but you would think they would at least call me back.
