Flexible and honest I had a 9:30am appt. for regular 150,000 mi service and to diagnose why my car was cranking slowly. That morning, my car wouldn’t start! I called Robert, my advisor, and he offered the number to a local towing company, but I declined because we have AAA. He introduced himself once I arrived and assured me that they will figure everything out. Later on that afternoon, Robert called me to inform me that the positive battery cord was corroded (hence why it wouldn’t start) and he highly recommended replacing the serpentine belt and AC belt (worn and cracked). I went ahead and did so because this is a 2006 car with 150k miles on it. Robert was honest and told me that the car would need to be kept because of the work that needed to be done. He said about Friday at 5pm, but it was ready by 2pm (I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon). I’m very happy that my car runs well and I appreciate the honestly I received. More

Used Sales I was excited to find the Acadia we found online was still available through Brandon Nguyen over the phone. We decided to drive the over an hour trip I was excited to find the Acadia we found online was still available through Brandon Nguyen over the phone. We decided to drive the over an hour trip up to Marietta. We were very pleased upon arrival that there weren't vultures ready to feed on us in the parking lot. We actually got to walk in before we were approached by anyone and we asked for Brandon. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and had patience while we fine tooth combed over our potential vehicle all while not being pushy about the sale. The whole morale of the dealership was friendly, everyone was smiling and seemed relaxed... they had waters, coffees, donuts, and cookies too! We ended up purchasing the Acadia with cash so we really didn't deal with financing that much. However what really stood out to me about Brandon though, was his willingness to drive the Acadia half way home for us only that we'd pay his taxi back. What a huge help that was! More
