I agreed to pay the price they were asking and the dealership agreed to make two small cosmetic repairs. When I can to pickup the car they told me they had someone that offered them $500 more for the car and refused to do one of the cosmetic repairs that I later found out cost them $8. They eventually took care of the two items when I was ready to walk away from the deal. I felt like they were not ethical and I should have walked away. At purchase we knew that the passenger side air bag was also defected but we were shown where Nissan had recalled the air bag and so we just needed to get it repaired at the dealership. We were told by Nissan our vehicle was not covered and the cost was going to be $2000 to get it repaired. Not sure the dealership knew but after the unethical experience earlier I suspect that they knew and sold us an unsafe care anyways. Ironically, I stayed away from the used car lots to avoid this type of experience. More

It was shortly before Thanksgiving so wasn’t expecting a quick turnaround - I told them a couple of days was fine since I was a walk up. 5 hours later they were all finished, and did it for the exact price quoted on the phone (which was about half of another VW dealer that was closer to me). Can’t ask for more. More

Everything negative that I read on the reviews are exactly what I experienced. I will never go back to this dealership for anything. I will have my brand new car serviced at Jim Ellis on Barrett Parkway. Be aware, when you fill out your contract you will received multiply calls letting you know that they forgot to have you fill out something. Be prepared to go back to the dealership 3 and 4 times. I would say this is the worst experience I have had when buying a car. More

I understand this may be a Hyundai issue and I purchased from a Volkswagen dealership, but I would be wary of purchasing any used vehicles from this dealership, ESPECIALLY anything that is not a Volkswagen. I am a military member and was basically told they will have no part in assisting me with a major failure on the vehicle they sold me. Now I am going to be jumping through hoops to repair a bad vehicle sold to me by this dealership. More
