This is my 2nd vehicle which I bought my 1st from a different dealer but since I’ve always returned for maintenance and every since, I purchased 2nd vehicle from Marietta and continue to have them service my vehicle instead of taking my vehicle to a VW dealer in my area it’s worth the 30 minutes drive to Marietta. Friendly, Knowleagable, Patient and Fun! I showed up just minutes before closing on a Saturday and they still treated me at if I was the first customer of the day. I had called ahead so they I showed up just minutes before closing on a Saturday and they still treated me at if I was the first customer of the day. I had called ahead so they had the car I inquired about ready to go. I changed my mind and Alana didn't skip a beat. She grabbed the new keys and we took it out (a few thousand $$ more helped I'm sure, lol). She was raised on VW and was a wealth of knowledge to help me with my first diesel AND first VW purchase. The finance manager was on his way to catch a flight, yet he was calm, friendly and didn't rush me to complete the paperwork.
