Great experience, very knowledgeable, no pressure. I went in to the dealership with the intent at looking at a standard Passat advertised online. Unfortunately, the vehicle had been sold. Murice educ I went in to the dealership with the intent at looking at a standard Passat advertised online. Unfortunately, the vehicle had been sold. Murice educated me on the TDI model...not a fan of diesel cars...and I was sold! Love the car! Murice did a great job from start to finish!! I highly recommend VW of Marietta and will return. Overall positive buying experience, some details missed I negotiated the purchase price online ahead of time, which made for an easy buying experience. Bill was straightforward and helpful as we reached an agreement. However it wasn't until after I had agreed to buy the brand new car that it was revealed to me that this car already had 400 miles on it despite being sold as new. The dealer should have been more straightforward about the unusually high usage. Additionally as I was driving the car home the tire pressure warning light came on. I stopped and checked to find all 4 tires around 30 psi (9 psi under inflated). It was discouraging to receive warning lights in my brand new car. Simple things such as tire pressure and fluids should have been checked before the car was ever sold. More
