Service department is horrible!!! Took car for service. I asked the person who booked the appointment and Kris, service advisor, if the $100 credit I had from previous poor service experience, would cover ev asked the person who booked the appointment and Kris, service advisor, if the $100 credit I had from previous poor service experience, would cover everything. Told by both "yes". Upon checkout Kris told me I owe money. When I asked kris what she was talking about, her statement was she thought I meant something different. There is no way my question could have been misconstrued, yet that was dealerships excuse. Your classic, stereo typical car dealership. Tell customer whatever they want to hear...true or not. Save yourself the time and inconvenience. Go some place else. More
