My daughter’s car was towed here Jan 29, 2000 and it still is not fixed. That’s literally a year. The General Manager is non existent, and we are on our third Service Manager. A few weeks ago they said still is not fixed. That’s literally a year. The General Manager is non existent, and we are on our third Service Manager. A few weeks ago they said it was finally fixed but they needed to test drive it for a few days. Then the promised delivery this week and it ‘broke down’ on the highway as they were bringing it to us. Honestly I’d be surprised if the car ever left the dealership. They are a VW dealership and they have had our car in the shop FOR A YEAR! Horrible. More

Excellent customer service. I bought a used Kia optima 2015 and they delivered it in a very good condition and well detailed. The windshield had a little crack ( Stone hit the windshield) and they replace 2015 and they delivered it in a very good condition and well detailed.
