I had the best car buying experience ever with Volkswagen of Marietta! I have been in the market for an EV for the past couple of years, and wanted to check out the ID4 as soon as it came out. Everything about the experience was great - Ramazan brought the car to my house to test drive, and in fact he brought it over a second time in the same day so my kids could sit in it before I decided. I really liked the honesty and transparency I saw from the sales team as well as the standardized pricing for this particular model. It was a low pressure sale, they gave me a great trade in price for my existing vehicle, and Ramazan communicated so well with me throughout the process. He even followed up with information after the purchase because he knew having an EV was new to me. Overall - I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have never owned/considered a VW before, but I really love my new EV and will recommend VW of Marietta to anyone! More

After a nasty accident left me without a car, I randomly drove by in my rental to check out some cars. I was cordially greeted by Ramazan who chatted with me and let me test drive a few cars. I was interested in a Tiguan and spoke with Brian the sales rep on Monday who confirmed the price to be $14,410 which was also the price listed on your website, AutoTrader and CarGurus. He told me the car hadn’t arrived yet and he would call me and send a photo once it arrived so that I could come in. Well when I call today to check in he asked if I wanted to come in and I then asked him about the price and now suddenly the price has gone up $7,587 and his only explanation was that it was a mistake and he then laughed and said “ you have to know that a 2018 wouldn’t sell for that low” I hung up and then called back to speak with the manger and was sent to a voicemail for someone named Josh and then someone entirely different called me back to say that he was sorry and that when the car came in it had transmission issues which was why the price was $14,410.. so basically you were trying to either sell me a car with transmission issues or this is a bait and switch. Either way I need to speak with someone who can actually do something because this is unacceptable and bad business on many levels. More
