Not sure what’s going on at this dealership but all new people there. They keep my car over night for an oil change. Said they was having employment issues. Then went and picked up my car that was not e people there. They keep my car over night for an oil change. Said they was having employment issues. If it would allow 0 stars that’s what it would have been. Patrick Tolliver is worthless. He does not have any communication skills. Boy was I shocked when I got the final invoice and there was not a battery on there. The service advisor Nancy was great. Poor thing had to get the brunt of my frustration. Lee the general manager was involved throughout this process since the service department is so inadequate. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to your dealership. I will drive the 40 minutes to Beaumont. It’s also very alarming that when you all tear cars apart to fix them that you don’t keep all the parts together to make sure everything goes back on the car. I looked under the hood and realized that the plastic piece that goes over the top of the engine was not even put back on. The communication at the dealership is terrible as well. I gave verbal authorization and then sent the written to Kristen the HR manager and my car sat there the whole week with no communication from them. When I called to check on my car that Friday they said that they were waiting to get authorization to make the repairs. So you let my car sit there the entire week and didn’t even attempt to reach out to me? That’s when i had told Bryan the manager that i was coming to get my car and that’s when he lied to me and said that they had already replaced the battery in the vehicle as I called him out on replacing a battery in a car that the alternator was out on and that the new alternator was still lying in the parts department and that they were only waiting on the multi fuse. If he had not lied to me I would have picked my vehicle up from you all and taken it to Beaumont Instead. Now you all had it all this time and I’m taking it to Beaumont to get a second opinion since I don’t trust anything your dealership did. I will let all my friends and family in the lake Charles area know not to take their cars to your dealership to get any service done. My experiences will be shared all around the lake Charles area. None of the names listed on the survey below were even involved with my vehicle and I am pretty sure that they are not even there anymore. Never heard their names at all. More
