Always a mess up It never fails, every time we go in for scheduled maintenance we have to return for a mistake/issue due to poor service. This time, the plastic cover It never fails, every time we go in for scheduled maintenance we have to return for a mistake/issue due to poor service. This time, the plastic cover under the car that protects the oils pan, etc. was not properly reattached after a oil change. When driving down the interstate the cover came loose, caught the road and ripped away from the car. It even caught wind and flew into the air! Thankfully no one was behind us, but the cover landed and was ran over by a semi truck. This is NOT the first time a routine maintenance visit resulted in a return visit to fix what the service employees caused. I am very disappointed in the lack of detail taken by the employees at the Lake Charles service shop. We will never buy another VW because of our the numerous BAD experiences we’ve had. What a shame. More
