Not welcoming, and doesn’t have any patience. So I was greeted by Mr. Jerald Justice. I was there for an oil change. He was very short patient with me. I was trying to explain to him the problem So I was greeted by Mr. Jerald Justice. I was there for an oil change. He was very short patient with me. I was trying to explain to him the problem I was having with my vehicle and he responds “ today’s our short day so I highly doubt they can check it, but I’ll try” with a very obvious attitude. Ok so now he can’t find my name in the system, he’s getting upset wirh me because he can’t find my name which obviously isn’t my fault, I bought my car from you guys, and get my car serviced with you guys. Please teach your employees to have patience with their customers when they’re trying to explain the problem with their vehicle. If I didn’t have to get my vehicle serviced by you guys I promise I would not. And I will not refer anyone to this dealership. xxxx poor customer service. More
