It was all falsehoods and awful treatment. After trying to purchase a Final Edition on December 3rd and being told it would be here by December 11th, I put a deposit down on the car. I called about every two weeks and went by on my way home from work, but after a month, the salesman stopped taking my calls and the sales manager started. I was told the car was in one place, then another. I gave it until January 29th with the awful feeling that my Final Edition was not coming in. I started looking to see if other dealers had them. They did. My exact car. So, I talked to them and had one arranged. Then the real problem began. I went to get the check. I spoke with the dealership at 9 am and told them I would be there at 4 to get my deposit. I went at 4:10 to give them enough time and it wasn't ready. The salesperson showed up and I tried not to engage him in conversation, but he would not leave me alone. The sales manager came out and had to see proof that I had written the check (really). He took my phone and went to the back and then the person started telling me what a victim he was. He waited until his manager came back to tell me that "You act like I personally rejected you." Isn't that sexual harassment? I was then told I could go. I really honestly should report them to the BBB, but wanted to try here first. More
