Blake Welch, Superman of car sales I went into the car hunting experience with the mindset of this is going to be horrible. This will be stressful. Nothing else will do. Well, I was wrong on all counts. I wasn’t looking for a brand new Volkswagen Tiguan. But that’s what found me. And Blake made it happen. He was immediately kind and appreciative of our business. He knew the cars ins and outs and answered all my crazy questions. Working with him made the whole experience happy. Like when you settle in with a good book kind of happy. Like getting all the pink starbursts happy. Like freshly fried chicken nuggets happy. Service We dropped my daughters car off that she has had for about 6 months from the dealership. Granted we bought it used and it said no warranty, but I gues We dropped my daughters car off that she has had for about 6 months from the dealership. Granted we bought it used and it said no warranty, but I guess the fine print is they don’t service the vehicles before they put them out to sale. We have had to replace the air conditioner and the running lights This last trip for the lights took them over two weeks to find the issue. My daughter and I have always loved Volkswagen and she was planning on getting a small suv but this experience has changed our mind. Think we’ll stick with Volvo or Toyota!! More
