Unorganized, pass the buck 1st I bought a used passat tdi 2015, car was nice and price was fare. When i test drove it pulled to the right, so they sent it to the server dept to 1st I bought a used passat tdi 2015, car was nice and price was fare. When i test drove it pulled to the right, so they sent it to the server dept to get it aligned, a couple hours I showed back up, car still pulled to the right. So I left it again, this time I got called to pick it up, after hours, car still pulled to the right, I took it to lake Charles alignment the next day, fixed in about an hour. 2nd no inspection sticker on the car 3rd. No registration or plates 4 months later. Went to DMV and had them run the vin# they informed me the car was not registered. So I went back to VW of lake Charles and sales manager told me the hold up o the title was the service dept fault and someone was supposed to call me, although he couldn't tell me who, he did apologize but was still saying it was not his fault it was service dept fault, I told him I didn't buy the car from the service dept. I bought it from the sales dept and they need to handle up on their business. Still no plates or registration 4th oil change/ 30,000 mile service light came on a few hundred miles after my purchase, it was a certified preowned car meaning all fluids and services were supposed to be changed and updated done, NOPE! Be very careful doing business with VW of lake Charles More
