Have to change my rating which was 5 for sales to 1 which is for service and after sales experience. I had my first servicing done with them couple weeks ago and I see some scratches on the door. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! !!!! My 2019 Atlas had electrical issues were the alarm was constantly beeping saying the the hatch was open even though it was clearly closed. I bro !!!! I brought the car in to be repaired and was told it would take one to two days. I received a message later that day it would cost $895 to investigate the problem. I then pointed out that this would fall under warranty. I was asked by multiple staff members if I had body work done or had been in an accident. I also ask for a rental car since this was a warranty issue which was denied stating "you need to contact VW headquarters for that" After one week without communication I called to find out they still had not found the problem. I asked for frequently updates and was assured I would receive a call the next day. I never received a call or any communication not initiated by me. I received my car back after 2.5 weeks with the statement " we don't know what was wrong with it. but now it is not alarming anymore and sorry we did not have time to wash it, do you want to wait while we rinse it off? " VW has now lost me as a customer. I am going to sell my car and find a dealership and brand that I can trust and rely on!!!!!! More

I had a horrible experience on 2022/03/18, I came in ready to purchase a Used 2017 BMW M3. As I approached the car, immediately it looked as if it hadn't had a car wash in weeks. The vehicle was not pre ready to purchase a Used 2017 BMW M3. As I approached the car, immediately it looked as if it hadn't had a car wash in weeks. The vehicle was not presentable in anyway, there was surface rust all over the wheels. After 5 minutes of walking around I was approached by Edgar in the sales department. Edgar was very friendly and knowledgable on the vehicle. After a short conversation, I was offered a test drive to which I gave Edgar my drivers license and insurance. He then came out with key in hand and instructed me on the test driving procedures. While getting ready to start my test drive, Danny the "Finance Manager" approached the vehicle and stated that "because of the engine we sit the customer down to give them the out the door price to see if they are still interested". After telling Danny that I was already pre-approved through my credit union for this vehicle in specific, and wanted to test drive before I purchase. Danny asked what credit union in which I said it was one from Illinois. Danny then said he doesn't know if the dealership would approve my credit union since it was from out of state. Why would that matter if at the moment I wanted to test drive first. Danny then sat me down with Edgar, in which he showed me the price I was already aware of. Edgar then stated "I don't know what else he wants me to show you, if you already know the price of the vehicle". Danny then finally came over to further delay my test drive, by restating how my out of state credit union might be a problem. In which I do not understand why it would be a problem at all. At this point I was beginning to get frustrated because I felt as if Danny did not want to waste time on me simply because I am young, which does not make sense because I was pre approved and ready to purchase. It also seems that Danny was coming up with any excuse for me to test drive a vehicle. I do not understand why a customer needs to be sat down and given the "out the door price" simply to test drive a vehicle. This was not my first rodeo at a dealership, but this was definitely my worst experience. I felt as if I was profiled for someone who could not afford a vehicle and that Danny did not want to give me the time of day. More
I contacted them at least 10 times and the car was always in for repair and not ready. The price went from $15,000 to $11,000 and then up to $13,500 . I had a great experience! Sandra Rivera was wonderful! She took good care of me! Steve was was awsome! He worked out the best deal for me! I’ve never heard of a car dealership unable to sell a car. I show up Friday to look at the car again and I have cash in my pocket. At this point I’ve been switched to salesman #4 since my original time in on Tuesday. Salesman #4 Aldo is unavailable at the time we decided so I am rerouted to Raul. I explain to Raul (salesperson #5) that I am not used to this lack of customer service when buying a $40k car. I test drive the car again and make the cash offer. I am told the manager is not here and likely will not be back until Monday Steven Taylor and his number is on Yelp. I leave a message for Mr Taylor. I check online today and they are advertising the car for $2000 less. I have yet to receive a call back from ANYONE even after requesting an accurate quote from what was advertised online. Wow. Obviously I will not be purchasing a car from them. Just FLOORED that they nonchalantly turn away someone who went to 3 banks to get the cash and had an appointment. Not sure how these guys are in business. More
