I called I thought they would send a tow truck, this woman stated " bring it here and we'll take a look at it tomorrow I said I have to go to TJ and I thought you would have a contingency plan when this happens to your customer when their cars are only bought 2 months ago, she stated " what do you want me go do? All went very smoothly until we got to the finance part. I had been to another dealership earlier in the day. After reading through the paperwork in bold print, the contract stated that those two options, $495 for a theft device and $695 for a paint and fabric protection with a 5-year limited warranty, we’re, in fact, negotiable. When I called the following business day, I was told that I agreed to those options and signed that I agreed for those options. My sales person said he could talk to his manager and see if I could bring the Jetta back and get my trade-in back. Had this not occurred, they would’ve gotten five stars. Beware if you are purchasing a used vehicle for dealer add-ons, in addition to the advertised price. More
Finance Team at this dealership is the worst , They are cheaters and do what they can to steal your money. When I got my car , they convinced me to buy additional services which I was reluctant but they c cheaters and do what they can to steal your money. When I got my car , they convinced me to buy additional services which I was reluctant but they confirmed that if I don’t use any of the services , It will go towards my principal at the end of the loan term and this will cover part replacements if any which I never did. Now when I tried calling them to cancel the services , they are saying they will charge me fees and return the prorated amount. This is cheating a customer to get additional business and it’s ridiculous. I have only had a couple of scheduled yearly services and that typically comes with a new Car , Beyond that I have never visited. It’s disgusting that they have not bothered to reach out even after multiple followups. Worst customer service / worst delearship More

Segunda vez que vengo aeste lugar y ambas ocasiones fue pésima experiencia. La primera vez fue por el mal trato de un empleado e incluso hablé con el GM Steven Tylor pero solo me dio por mi lado, dijo que pésima experiencia. La primera vez fue por el mal trato de un empleado e incluso hablé con el GM Steven Tylor pero solo me dio por mi lado, dijo que le haría servicio de alineación gratuito a mi auto (solo lo dijo no me lo dio por escrito) y cuando lo contacte para agendar el servicio nunca me respondió. El día de hoy llegué con cita para las 10:20am, la persona asiático que recibió mi carro me dijo que a él no le tocaba pero que lo iba a recibir y que aproximadamente en 2 horas estaría listo, ingresó mi auto bajo el nombre y placas de otra persona de otro carro, le informé y supuestamente él corrigió mis datos. Pasaron las 2 horas todas las personas que llegaron después que yo ya se fueron, fui a preguntar y me dice Ricardo que están en lunch que después de lunch lo van a empezar, le comenté que yo llegué con cita y me dijeron que máximo 2 horas estaría aquí, a lo que respondió "todos están aquí con cita, estamos algo atrasados". Dijo que iba a tratar de hacer que pasaran mi carro primero ¿¡!?. En fin me fui a sentar de nuevo, puse el temporizador con una hora, habían pasado ya 36 minutos cuando vino a decir que ya habían llevado el carro para que le cambién el aceite y filtro. También verifiqué los datos de mi auto y mi nombre y siguen equivocados en su sistema cuando supuestamente ya los han corregido por 3ra vez. Sigo aquí esperando es la 1 :16 y apenas la aplicación de Volkswagen aún me dice que el cofre del carro está abierto. Es decir, 3 y media horas después de que llegué, apenas van a empezar a cambiar el aceite y el filtro. ¿Para qué agendan citas si no pueden con el trabajo? Habemos personas que tenemos que esperar por el auto y que en base a la cita y el tiempo de espera indicado al entregar el carro hacemos nuestro horario para el resto del día, se necesita con urgencia respeto por el tiempo de los clientes. Si no pueden cumplir su palabra y entregar los autos en el tiempo indicado, NO agenden trabajo de más o contraten más mecánicos para que ustedes puedan cumplir. Desafortunadamente para vehículos nuevos no tengo la herramienta ni el equipo para hacerlo en casa. Ni caso de quejarse con el GM porque no hace nada. Si te llegas a quejar con el GM= gerente general y te promete algo, pideselo por escrito, porque a sus palabras se las lleva el viento. Bueno, El temporizador marca 2:43 minutos para que se cumpla la otra hora en que me dijeron estaría mi auto listo y no está, ¿esperaré otra hora extra o serán 2 más?. Tiempo total en el dealer Volkswagen en Kearny Mesa sobre Balboa Ave 3 horas 45 minutos y contando. A la 1:35 PM recibo un mensaje de texto diciendo "Raúl...bla bla bla" I'm not Raúl, the Jetta isn't my car!!! Son las 2:51pm y recibí una llamada del departamento de compras de este lugar haciendo una oferta por un Jetta, le dije que no me llame porque yo no fui a vender mi auto fui a que le hicieran un cambio de aceite y el asiático que recibió mi auto se equivocó y puso los datos de otro carro bajo mis datos personales, a lo que muy ruda y grosera me respondió "yo no trabajo en el departamento de servicio yo llamé porque usted vino está mañana y para hacerle una oferta porque queremos comprar su vehículo, si no le interesa puedo poner aquí que no le interesa " acto seguido me cuelga la tipeja grosera More
I'm so pleased with the service that I've been given at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for a window and a warranty work for the starter. Very poor quality of service. Took it in for a recall that required a software update. They could not do it. Asked me to bring it back on a weekday so they could contact VW tech support. Brought it back for the recall and a service. They did the service and forgot about the recall. Again "bring it back". When I drove away I got several warning messages about the Start-Stop and battery being insufficient. They had not used the proper tool when disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Got a different mechanic shop to fix it. Also VW said it had been given a wheel alignment test and everything was in order. Actually the back wheels were significantly out and the tires were unevenly worn. Again, took it to another shop for fixing. Really do not want to buy another VW due to the really poor servicing. One guy a VW told me they were really short of staff. Well that does not justify poor quality. More
