The general Manager does not seem to take my concerns seriously. Emailed him 3 times, and called again this week ( I left him a voice message) and he did not call me back... I can understand that sometimes people/mechanics make mistakes or probably are not thorough with the job because pushed (by management) to get as many car in and out as quickly as possible. The dismissive behavior from VW management is very concerning !!
