I called Roman in the morning and asked if I could take my car in for the 10k service and wait for it. He told me to bring it in before 11 am and I would be out of there by noon. I was in the market for a new car, and while shopping around I stopped by Kearny Mesa VW to test drive a few different models. I went back a week or so later after deciding on a new GTI and worked with Charles Moss. Charles was fantastic -- very efficient, friendly, got me everything I needed, and made sure everything was taken care of. This was my first new car buying experience and I'm thrilled that it went so smoothly. More

I normally take my Passat to Southbay VW, however, I didn't have a good experience the last several times I took my car in for service (i.e. wait was twice as long as I was told for the service, was giv didn't have a good experience the last several times I took my car in for service (i.e. wait was twice as long as I was told for the service, was given a "scar tactic" which was untrue to have service done on my car which I didn't have done, changes in service managers,etc). My car needed major service (i.e. timing belt/tensioner/water pump changed, motor mounts changed, CV boot changed) so I called around for labor prices. When I spoke with Roman (who previously worked at SB VW), he was very helpful in giving me honest details of the repair and reasonable prices. FYI - I confirmed his repair explanation with a previous mechanic in PA, so I knew the quote wasn't unreasonable. Since this was an all-day service, he gave me a loaner car which was very helpful so I didn't have to take a full-day off of work. OMG, services are so excellent havent seem any other dealer. I bought used VW EOS for my daughter from other dealer even still under warranty, i requested to adjust a seatbell,rear cupholder and hood d dealer. They said need to order within few days,but when i contacted KearnyMesa VW they did only 2days. My daughter & wife so surprise what they done.QUICK......and EXCELLENT SERVICES. i am 100% recommend to any people busy time,need to see them.( ROMAN LOPEZ ). Until now other dealer have not call me yet............so bad. More
