Pleasure start to finish I just purchased my first Volkswagen from Huntington Volkswagen. I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Doyle who was courteous and professional in every I just purchased my first Volkswagen from Huntington Volkswagen. I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Doyle who was courteous and professional in every way. I wanted the Volkswagen Beetle convertible but by the time I got there (same day) it was sold. He told me they had another coming in and he would call which he did before the car got off the trailer. Needless to say I am very happy with my new car but also so pleased with the customer service experience I had. Jim's commitment to his customers is evident. I plan on holding onto my car for many years but would recommend Huntington VW and specifically Jim Doyle to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

Avoid at all costs I went into the dealer with a preapproved loan with the intent of ordering a 2018 golf R. The agreed price was fair but when my car came in Jim and th I went into the dealer with a preapproved loan with the intent of ordering a 2018 golf R. The agreed price was fair but when my car came in Jim and the Sales Manager tried to low ball me for the value of my trade in until I eventually walked out on the deal and requested my deposit be returned. It took them forever to process my deposit until I had my bank dispute the charge. I wouldn't even be writing this review but for some reason even though I told the personnel of Huntington Volkswagen I purchased my car from a different dealer they continue to apply for Auto Loans in my name that I have not authorized. More

In addition to this car, my Wife and I leased our first Jetta from VW of Huntington in 2012 and have also leased a Tiguan in 2015. I can say that we are legitimately hooked on VWs and have loved each of our cars. The shopping experience for all three was an absolute breeze and other dealerships should look to Huntington for an example how easy car shopping can be. There was very little of the BS that typically overshadows the process and instead we had straightforward negotiations for each car; each time we received great service and a great deal. Both Fred and Dan are great salesmen If it's up to me, I'd keep on driving VWs and I'd keep on getting them from this dealership. More
