Horrible service after brand new car broke down This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We purchased our Atlas here in 2017. The car broke down (still under warrantee) and it was towed to them. It's been sitting in their parking lot for a month. I have to call to find out updates. No one gives a courtesy call to say what's going on. They refuse to help get a loaner vehicle to me despite me asking many, many times. If you buy a car from these people and something goes wrong, they will literally do as little as they can possibly do. Do not give these people your money. They all pretend not to know anything and just pass you around to other people. The customer service is horrendous. They are very nice when you buy the car but after that they could care less about you. I have lost hours and hours of my time trying to call these people to get answers and all they do is give me the runaround. Please beware. More

If you are truly serious in your purchase then you will get an honest TRUE price at this VW dealership unlike other places. No gimmick, no pressure, no bs, no drama. In the end, we finished our process with Mr. Fred Recchia and he clearly explained the final closing process along with the other service optional packages that are available. Some of the packages are worth considering if you think you need a loaner and service support. They even accepted my credit card for the deposit plus at closing so that I didn't have to run to my bank for a certified check. Overall, we purchased the VW at a fantastic price. I highly recommend this VW dealership. More
