On Nov 7th I had my car battery replaced at VW of Huntington. From the minute I called to schedule my appointment to the day of my visit, everything went very smoothly and each employee I encountere Huntington. From the minute I called to schedule my appointment to the day of my visit, everything went very smoothly and each employee I encountered did a great job. Jose was my service representative - he greeted me very nicely and kept me informed about the progress on my repair as well as providing an explanation of all that had been done. While I waited for my repair, I spoke with Dave in the F&I department and he did a fabulous job explaining and selling me an extended warranty that meets my particular needs. I definitely will return to this dealership. More

This is the most unprofessional car dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. I made an appointment to see a vehicle when I got there they only had the base model of it, which I told the sales person that I was ever dealt with. I made an appointment to see a vehicle when I got there they only had the base model of it, which I told the sales person that I was not interested in. The sales person told me that they had a demo that was being driven by one of the managers (Shawn Baron). The sales person attempted to get the keys to show me the vehicle, but Mr. Baron would not give him the keys and told him that he would only show me the car once I test drove the base model and decided to purchase the car. Again, I don’t know how, you sell cars without showing them but in hindsight, I see all of the negative reviews from this dealership which speaks volumes. I was told that someone would get back to me to give me a price on the demo vehicle that was yesterday. Nobody has reached out to me to give me a price. However, ironically, I’ve had several people contact me Asking me how my experience at the dealership was. I told them that this was the most horrific and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had dealing with a car dealership. I also told them that I would be contacting the Volkswagen corporate office Monday morning regarding this manager, who would not show me the car or allow a sales person to show me the car. Buyer beware do not set foot into this dealership. It will not end well for you. More
My whole experience with this dealership was unprofessional and awful. My phone calls to “the dealership” it turns out we’re to a call center - not the actual dealership even though they made i unprofessional and awful. My phone calls to “the dealership” it turns out we’re to a call center - not the actual dealership even though they made it seem this way - so information was inaccurate and prices/rates agreed over the phone not honored in person. Absolutely infuriating!! More
I have been taking my 2 Volkswagens to this dealership for 2 years. The service manager Jose Velasquez has been outstanding. He is honest and fair and both cars are running like new. Their finance team tried to force me to finance with them, stating they otherwise wouldn't sell the car. After negotiating different terms, their finance person made written changes to the documents, bu them, stating they otherwise wouldn't sell the car. After negotiating different terms, their finance person made written changes to the documents, but didn't update the computer with those changes. My fault for not making him change it in the computer and reprint. Sketchy and misleading practices. Stay away. More
Dishonest. Especially if you deal with Eli. Incompetent liar. If you're wise to their tactics you will find numerous ways that they try to screw you over. Bunch of losers from sales, to finance, and straight to the manager. I made a mistake of ordering my vehicle through VW's website to this dealer and was forced to relinquish my order because of their inflated in-house only financing rates, 7k over sticker on a car that I ordered b.s., and sneaky fake discounts they try to make you think that your getting while they essentially steal your State and Federal tax rebates from you by inflating the sticker price. Fyi for anyone that is still reading this, I sat down with that loser Eli on a Saturday worked out a deal that I was unhappy with and took notes every step of the way. On Monday I go to pick up the car and they raised the price on me by 2k without telling me. Seems like when I squeezed them up on my trade-in a couple grand, which by the way was nearly fair market value, they then increased the sticker price on me to compensate for that and I noticed at the finance desk. You have to look at their computer to see whats going on. Eli intentionally writes the order so that its barely comprehensible, supposedly reflecting that I'm paying 5K over sticker the price but in the computer system its different. Definitely take notes to compare at the end. I brought it to the Managers attention and he could have cared less. Would not honor the previously agreed upon 5k over sticker. "This is the price". He said I didnt know basic math. There isnt a auto loan calculator on the internet that could possibly figure out the monthly payment that they set up for me. Who the xxxx knows what else they were lying to me about. After this I had enough and walked out. Also note: Forget about getting your own loan. They will only allow financing through their affiliated banks in which they receive a kickback while screwing you over on the interest rate regardless of how good your credit is. Tell me that prime rate is 6%.. not a chance. I called my back and on speaker phone they said 4%. Extremely greedy. And... Shame on VW USA for setting up a pre-order system this bad. More
