OUTSTANDING!! Id give this dealership 100 stars if I could!! I went to this dealership on Wednesday October 22nd and spoke with a sales associate named Allen,with a letter about trading in my vehicle, how ever w I went to this dealership on Wednesday October 22nd and spoke with a sales associate named Allen,with a letter about trading in my vehicle, how ever with some issues that my vehicle has, they weren't able to do so, but told us that they will see if/what they can get us into. So I wasn't expecting to hear anything back from them because thats usually what car dealerships do, they take your info and leave you waiting for days to find out wether you were approved or not, and never call back or return calls BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I received a very unexpected call back on the 25th saying that we were approved for a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta ! I was SO excited, but i tried to remain calm just incase coming monday ( the day of my appointment ) they're was going to be bad news. NOPE!! Nothing but GOOD NEWS ,SMILES & other customers of theres congratulating us. Allen our salesman was always trying to make us laugh, engaging in conversation and just a beautiful man to work with. I myself am a supervisor in retail and I know how customers are supposed to be treated, they treat their customers with so much love and care. We arrived around 12:30 , filled out paper work, handed in our low down payment and was on our way very promptly in our brand new volkswagen jetta se!!! When we was driving off there was another customer of vw of huntington, she came up to our new car and threw change in the back seat and told us in chinese tradition, throwing coins into the car signifies good luck. we love our car , the sunroof, the smell EVERYTHING! Thank you Allen & Ed for making this possible. I NEVER write reviews on car dealerships because they're usually all the same, But Volkswagen of Huntington you guys are all AWESOME! Cant thank you guys enough! More

the very model of rude service Brought non vw in for a second oil change. Anthony Piccolo, who id met before, appeared distracted. Sudenly the head of service, Edward J Merman, burs Brought non vw in for a second oil change. Anthony Piccolo, who id met before, appeared distracted. Sudenly the head of service, Edward J Merman, bursts in unannounced, accusing me of trying to take advantage of their vw vehicle special rate of 19.95, which I denied. VW oil is of the highest quality, so I wanted it for my BMW. Its that good. Later, I asked Mr. Merman what his problem was and we both had at it. I have now been effectively banned from this dealership, which I now consider a favor. That 19.95 oil change is just the lead in to much higher service costs. Im glad to be rid of this dealer. I also own a new Jetta, not bought here, but in the Carolinas. Prices there are much cheaper and I will find Long Island service although this is an expensive proposition. IMO, Huntington VW is very much in the tradition of Major and Siluppi. Buyer beware! More

He answered all of my questions without any problems. And he was able to get my service done just under an hour, which I greatly appreciated it since I had to pick up my boys from camp. All around grade A quality of service. Good quality customer service equals lasting customer loyalty. More

The sales staff, both Omar and Jhon, were very professional, accommodating and friendly from the start. We discussed options that were available, the value of our trade in and the cost of the car and within 3 days (over a holiday weekend) they found the car that we were looking for in port. By the end of the week we were picking it up. The entire experience was very pleasant, we got a very good value for our trade and we love our new car! Bob Puccio was excellent to deal with and we felt the walk through of the car by Omar was very thorough. We were also very pleased with the extra's that were given to us. I highly recommend each of these 3 men, the dealership and so far the Beetle Convertible. More
