He stood with us all through the process, cutting no corners, he was just a wonderful guardian the whole time we were there. Bob Puccio was also very patience he explained everything to us, he offered us the various options, was very flexibly and straight forward. I had no problem with the financing process. He took his time to present options, sound tradeoffs and availed himself even on late Sunday afternoons to help us. All with no pushy sales tactics, all in a very transparent and honest manner. He took the time and provided us all relevant aspects for the VW Tiguan 2017 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition we were considering and when we met in a matter of a couple of hours we drove home with our new VW. He took care of the lease car we were returning and even availed himself the next day for followup questions.
