The service I was provided at this dealership was horrendous. I dealt with a lot of mix messages from each of their employees. They were not trying to work with me. We called the dealership in response to a very detailed and thorough advertised weekend special on a Tiguan. We called to confirm the vehicle was in stock, the salesmen confirmed the vehicle was in stock a and thorough advertised weekend special on a Tiguan. We called to confirm the vehicle was in stock, the salesmen confirmed the vehicle was in stock and actually sent us pictures of two vehicles that he said were part of the weekend advertisement. After traveling all the way to the dealership, the two vehicles were outside lined up. We had a great conversation, test drove the vehicle and proceeded to purchase. After over an hour and half at the dealership and after the credit check process (over 750) they came back and said sorry that vehicles is no longer available and proceeded to try to sell us a much more expensive lease. These guys are deliberate and dishonest crooks... Don't waste your time. Look for a dealership which has a culture of integrity and honesty. VW should be ashamed to have these bullies represent their brand. More
