I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Redmond who made the process of selling my car quick and easy. Mr Redmond was the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with! Between Mr. Redmond and Mr. Ward I was offered even more than I was expecting for my car, and way over what any other VW dealership offered me. I at no point felt like I wasn't receiving anything but the best deal and service! After the sale was complete I expected to Uber myself home from the dealership; Mr. Ward went above and beyond any customer service expectations and offered me a ride home & a car to use while I completed my local errands for my move across country! This dealership really made my car selling experience seamless and if at any time I find myself back in California this would be my first stop for auto shopping! Seriously, if you go anywhere else you are doing yourself a disservice. More
