Their general manager (Fred) is dishonest. Now, I’m someone who has bought or leased more than 20 cars in my life. So when I tell you that this guy is literally the only manager to give me h Now, I’m someone who has bought or leased more than 20 cars in my life. So when I tell you that this guy is literally the only manager to give me his word that he would stand behind the car he sold me (pre-owned), and then completely ignore my phone calls and emails, even I have a hard time accepting the reality of the situation. Had I done just a little research about Fred online, I would not have bought from him. I have only myself to blame. If you’re reading this, I suggest you keep reading more reviews about Fred, and then I’m sure you’ll make a smarter decision than I did. More

beware of this dealership, they told us the 2018 we purchased has a full factory warranty, including the aftermarket suspension that came with the car they sold us. Within the first week, the aftermar purchased has a full factory warranty, including the aftermarket suspension that came with the car they sold us. Within the first week, the aftermarket suspension was making scary vibrations and we took the car to another local dealer who told us that the suspension was loose and the car was dangerous to drive. They also told us the suspension did not include the factory warranty because it was aftermarket. My issue is that they misled us about the warranty and they sold us a car that was not checked before they put it on their lot to sell. Many attempts to contact them to resolve the warranty issue have resulted in zero returned calls. More
