I had such a great experience at VW of Garden Grove I felt compelled to to share it. They were by far the nicest people out of the several VW dealers i visited. Although they had a great selection and a beautiful showroom, it was really the level of service that sold me. I got my new Jetta tdi wagon for a great price and i love it! (over 40 mpg!) I will drive past 3 vw dealers to service my car with you guys. THANKS!!! More

I did not actually buy a car at VW Garden Grove but I went there 2 or 3 times because I believe they have good price deals on their CPO cars. The only reason I did not buy my VW car at Garden Grove eventually was because of another colour I preferred and the distance to my home. VW has great maintenance and warranty service! Prices on used cars are interesting and you just feel more comfortable knowing your car is certified for 2 more years. No matter how careful you are, you never know what others can do to your car... I would say the sales people in VW Garden Grove are young. It's rather quiet when you walk in the store. You might have to wait a minute before a salesperson will direct you and ask what you are looking for. That might annoy some people, but I prefer that than 3 salesguys coming out "running" towards you....I like having a quick walk around the shop and see what's happening. The sales contact was very good and I felt like I was taken seriously. My needs for a type of car were taken into account and I received good advices on some of the cars. You just feel that you will drive out with the right car for you. More

My experience started with Greg Kozai in your internet sales department. Being an internet sales manager myself, I can be very critical of how other dealers operate. Greg was quick to respond, was very professional, and gave me a great price upfront. I can appreciate not having to go back and forth to haggle. We worked the deal via the phone and email, and set an appointment for my sister-in-law to stop by and drive the Jetta. I went to the dealership with her to help walk her through the process. I let her know that buying a car can be very difficult, and to expect a high pressure situation. That was not the case at all. Greg was extremely professional and just great to deal with. All of the numbers were exactly as we had discussed. Frank, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. He explained to my sister-in-law all the options that were available to her, and did not pressure her at all. When the car was ready to be delivered, it was great. Clean, and all gassed up. As a first time buyer it's scary to walk into a dealership and try to get something within your budget but Jeff and Greg were incredibly helpful, no question was left unanswered they worked with me to get the best possible deal out there, they have a wide range of models from new to certified used ones so I was like a little kid in a candy store, They even let me use their computer to find a good insurance company once I bought my car. I recommend Volkswagen of Garden Grove, their customer service is excelent, I love my new car and I'm positive you will leave just as happy as I did. More

I just couldn't stop after I started, and can possibly keep going. But I think you get my point. As a VW enthusiast, I have owned 5 VWs in the last 10 years, and have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from several VW dealerships in Southern California. Hands-down, this has been my best purchase experience from a VW dealership. Though this was my first purchase from VW of Garden Grove, they have earned my future business as well. And in business, especially in our current economic climate, retention is just as important as new business. In my situation, they have earned both. Everyone I had interactions with at VW of Garden Grove demonstrated utmost professionalism: Tim Vest, Tina Hoover, Jeff West, Anya Artemyeva. As described above, they were extremely patient with my shopping process exceeding all of my expectations. Rather than forcing a sale, they worked with me to best meet my objectives.
