When I came in,unsure of what car I was looking for, just had a size and a price....Mike took that info, and showed, and let me test drive 6 diff. models...and I picked the car, and we made the deal. Love my car, great service dept. and they filled my car up with gas (most dealers don't do this anymore). Mike also took time over the next week to show me more of the little operations on the car that I was unsure of how they worked. Love the dealership as a whole. Have had dealings with several other VW' dealers in OC, and I would rate this one as the best, low key, clean show room, great service dept, lots of staff for questions. Not pushy at all.
