When I came in,unsure of what car I was looking for, just had a size and a price....Mike took that info, and showed, and let me test drive 6 diff. models...and I picked the car, and we made the deal. Love my car, great service dept. and they filled my car up with gas (most dealers don't do this anymore). Mike also took time over the next week to show me more of the little operations on the car that I was unsure of how they worked. Love the dealership as a whole. Have had dealings with several other VW' dealers in OC, and I would rate this one as the best, low key, clean show room, great service dept, lots of staff for questions. Not pushy at all. Tina was so great to work with...you have a star employee!!!! She was very patient as we tried and tried to get our 3 kids to fit in the backseat. The only reason I did not buy my VW car at Garden Grove eventually was because of another colour I preferred and the distance to my home. VW has great maintenance and warranty service! Prices on used cars are interesting and you just feel more comfortable knowing your car is certified for 2 more years. No matter how careful you are, you never know what others can do to your car... I would say the sales people in VW Garden Grove are young. It's rather quiet when you walk in the store. You might have to wait a minute before a salesperson will direct you and ask what you are looking for. That might annoy some people, but I prefer that than 3 salesguys coming out "running" towards you....I like having a quick walk around the shop and see what's happening. The sales contact was very good and I felt like I was taken seriously. My needs for a type of car were taken into account and I received good advices on some of the cars. You just feel that you will drive out with the right car for you. More
