Disappointing service Scheduled appt for oil change. Told 1 hr wait and not updated until I sought out employee and requested update after 2 hrs. Service employee was in and out of waiting room, but never acknowledged me or made eye contact. When asked for update, told that service had not been started and wait would be another hr. At this point, asked that service be stopped due to my own time constraints and discontent with service. Another employee offered complimentary oil change if I came back at later date. Although appreciated, I do not intend on returning after complimentary service due to wait time and poor communication with customers. It is understandable that services may be backed up due to unforeseen circumstances, but prompt communication with customers is of upmost importance so that customers are able to choose how to best utilize time. More
