Shocked We simply came in on a Saturday morning to service our car. We were planning on paying it off within a couple of months. However, the friendly, profe We simply came in on a Saturday morning to service our car. We were planning on paying it off within a couple of months. However, the friendly, professional, easy going sales person caught me by surprise. We have been in many dealerships and NONE have come close to the service, attentiveness and genuine concern for our financial needs. General Managers are generally tabu, never seen or heard by the customer, many hide behind a glass office and play cat and mouse game. Not here, so pleasant to be greated not only by them, but also the F and I manager. Personable, caring and compassionate. Kudos to VW of Gainesville. You set the example for all the dealerships in our area. Yes, yes, I will refer and yes I will buy again. We now have two new VW! Still don’t know how it happened but I rest on the knowledge that they made a packet that left everyone happy including a much lower interest rate. More

I expected a little better! We really enjoyed working with Nick. However there were a few hiccups in the service department. They delayed fixing some of the problems with the car until I had to relocate. The main problem was the headliner which needed to be replaced b/c of some stains. Yes, the car was new! The headliner was stained (most likely from the factory). I never got a clear picture why the headliner did not arrive in time to complete the job in Gainesville (the weather, shipped form California, sent to the wrong location, they will send it to the dealer in my new location, arrived and was sent back etc.). There were quite a few confusing messages and it seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I expected better coordination and communication. The dealer did provide some of the items from the cargo area that were not in the car initially but I did not expect to continue to deal with those problems almost two months after I purchased the car. More

Nathan actually went outside to look at the car while I asked all of my questions. I let Nathan know we were interested and the car was waiting at the door when we arrived. Nathan was a wealth of information, the paperwork for the purchase was completed promptly and we were out the door in under 90 minutes. VW of GVille even took our 10 year old vehicle as a trade in.
