I came in there today had an appointment with first the sal I came in there today had an appointment with first the sales manager then I was told I'd be meeting with Denise when I got there my appointment was I came in there today had an appointment with first the sales manager then I was told I'd be meeting with Denise when I got there my appointment was with someone who had no idea who I was, secondly I drove 1 1/2 hours from Jacksonville after sending pictures of my trade in which is my mustang GT and confirming 3 times that I did not want to make the 3 hour drive for nothing if you didn't think you were able to keep my payments at 200 a month I was not interested there is not one thing wrong with my car in great condition. .i was assured by the sales manager that you would be able to do that after sending in my credit app. I was looking at the White canaro on your lot that by the way I didn't get to even look at. I fell for the scam of let me get you here on false pretenses and then offer to only be able to get me into a brand new Volkswagen jetta that I have or had not one interest in... As I had already made sure you and your staff knew that fact. I was told I would be offered basically 999.00 for my trade-in. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't be more dissapointed in the tactics taken to get me into your establishment. I will make sure anyone I know dies not darken your door way. This email I'm sure will go directly into your trash. But I wanted you to know I didn't appreciate you and your staff wasting most of my day for nothing. I will continue driving my car gladly until I find an honest car salesman which after today's experience I wonder if any exist.. Thanks for your 15 minutes of time and no help what so ever.
