Not satisfied I spent 3 hours waiting for a light to be replaced. Was not told that the part had to be picked up from another dealership in the area until i had be I spent 3 hours waiting for a light to be replaced. Was not told that the part had to be picked up from another dealership in the area until i had been there for 1 1/2 hours. I brought the car in also to have the battery checked because AAA had just jumped it and said the cells were dead and that i needed a new battery. I was charged for a battery cleanup and service and told the battery did not need to be replaced. Six days later i was stranded with a dead battery that does need to be replaced. So i am onviously not happy or satisfied with this service. More
