Not sure what to think I had my car in for both some routine maintenance and some work needed as part of a safety recall. After picking up the car I was out of town for a fe I had my car in for both some routine maintenance and some work needed as part of a safety recall. After picking up the car I was out of town for a few days on business. Now the car won't start (never had any trouble before this work was done) and the earliest they can squeeze me it to find out what the problem is is 7 date from now. They broke my car, but can't find time to fix it again for nearly a week - not very helpful More

Went above and beyond. John took me on a detailed walk around and test drive of multiple trim levels of the Jetta. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! My experience here has to be among the worst. I had been in talks with another of Morgan Automotive Groups car dealerships and was preparing to buy My experience here has to be among the worst. I had been in talks with another of Morgan Automotive Groups car dealerships and was preparing to buy two cars from them. My VW had a check engine light on so arranged to have it serviced at this dealership prior to trading it in. I was told I would have a courtesy car upon arrival (I live an hour and a half away) and all I had to do was present a valid DL and insurance. Once I got there they told me they do not provide courtesy cars they have a shuttle. The shuttle wasnt made available to me since I live so far away. After an hour or more of waiting on a solution a car was made available to me but I was told the car had to be back that night regardless if my car was ready or not. The reason? Because the GM uses the tag on his personal vehicle and he would need it to get home. What??? A few hours after I got home the service rep called me to inform me as to what was wrong with the vehicle. Wheel Speed Sensors was the culprit which was what I had suspected. Having suspected this all along I was familiar with the labor involved and the cost of the replacement parts. Labor: About one hour. One an a half at best Parts: $70 for the very best after market brand that actually rank higher than the original VW brand. The service rep gave me a price of $800 for parts and labor (They wanted to use the VW brand parts which are 3xs the amount) I was never told aftermarket parts where available. They also charged me $140 to hook up the diagnostic leads. Advance Auto does this for free. So does Napa, Autozone,etc. Then they charged me $70 to hookup the scanner again for a "more detailed reading". I made a deal out of all of this, the car issue as well and they took care of all the bill minus $75. When I arrived with the loaner car to retrieve my vehicle the General Manager, Paul Acevedo was rude and started getting aggressive after I wanted to discuss the $75 charge I was left with. He flat out refused. Things got heated. He cussed and yelled and I cussed and yelled then as I was getting into my car he actually physically charged at me after throwing down his clipboad and something else from about 40 feet stopping short only after me yelling towards him that I would sue if he put his hands on me.He was 1/2 inch from my face and yelling at this point! Thats not even the end of it! The following day his Community Relations Manager, Norman 'Nick' Gerard calls me on the phone and calls me all sorts of names and is yelling and cussing. I contacted the Regional Manager and informed him what was going on an told him my version of the events that transpired the night before. I thought it was over after that. Nope! I then get a series of text attacking my faith, being told that my soul was being prayed for and also some texts about a made up story of me threatening to shoot everyone. Im beyond speechless at this point. I just wanted to buy two cars More
AC Service I took my vehicle in for AC service on August 1st and didnt get it back until August 22. The service was very basic and should not have taken 22 days. When i picked the vehicle up, it was brought to me from the car wash dripping wet. I asked if someone could dry it and was told it would be awhile because no one who was available could drive a stick shift. More

Waited too long for alignment that wasn’t done correctly I went in for an alignment and it was not done correctly. Turns out the tires had to be replaced completely but Volkswagen didn’t even try to figure o I went in for an alignment and it was not done correctly. Turns out the tires had to be replaced completely but Volkswagen didn’t even try to figure out the situation. They did the bare minimum and not very well at that. I had to go to another dealer to get the situation fixed. Only good thing was Volkswagen covered the cost. But what should have taken two hours tops, took two days. More
