We did end up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere, but only because the atmosphere changed drastically upon the interruption by the manager, I believe "Tony" that just changed the entire dynamic of our experience. Top notch customer service! I went in to have an oil change done. I went and sat in the lobby and after about 3 minutes Mr. Noman "Nick" Gerard approached me and introduced himse I went in to have an oil change done. I went and sat in the lobby and after about 3 minutes Mr. Noman "Nick" Gerard approached me and introduced himself and just simply asked how I was doing....I told him I was good, etc. He then asked me about how satisfied I was with my vehicle. I explained to him I did not buy my car new or certified but from a used car lot. I further explained that I liked the car a lot but was paying too much for the vehicle. Long story short, Mr. Gerard took about 2 hours of his time to look at my situation and to see if he could help me in any way. He went above and beyond. Him and I texted for aboht 2-3 days confirming everything online. He sent me the bill of sale online and I took it to my bank and got approved. I told him I’m a busy person and so he said he can deliver the car. His delivery driver had to call out for an emergency but that didn’t stop anything from delivering the car to me. He himself drove the car 2 hours down to me in Orlando. Now that’s what I call amazing service. Came here, test drove the car and ran great. Looked amazing. Did all the paperwork. Got the keys and finally had my new car!! More
