Overcharged for new tire My young college student daughter was ripped off when she went to the dealership to replace Tire on her beetle. They charged her $230 for a tire that can be bought at Mavis Tire for $156.00 with balancing. She brought that to their attention but they did not care. They also did not have to to to get the lug nut lock off so she had to leave the car there overnight borderline psychotic and get a ride back to school from a friend .I would steer clear of this service department that takes advantage of young women. They are very lucky that I was not able to travel up there. More

First Time Buyer! (2019 Tiguan SEL) So, I was a first time buyer. I searched and searched for the perfect vehicle, because I tend on keeping it until basically the wheels fall off. After seeing the Tiguan SEL 2019, I knew I had found the one. I test drove it and immediately fell in love. Now, it was time for the hard part.. making and finding the perfect deal. I first talked to a dealership in JAX, but they weren't able to make that great of a deal, even when I asked, so I showed Nathan at Volkswagen of Gainesville and asked if they could beat it. Obviously, they did that and more!! I was so full of stress and I finally said, "you know what, if you take X, I'll come today" and Nathan responded with see you tonight! They were patient, easy going, and understanding. Nathan was not your typical car dealer for sure. He made the whole process exciting and fun, plus, he never pushed me towards anything, just reassured me that he only wanted me to be happy with the choice I make and that he would help in any way he could! We went in, signed the paperwork, met with Woody, the person who deals with the finance (who was also great), then drove off! I would 100% recommend Nathan at Volkswagen of Gainesville! You will not be disappointed, I can assure you!
