My experience went from GREAT to B0MB in a matter hours. I drove into the parking lot and Camryen Mingee, sales person met me. I told him what i was looking for. I wanted to get out of my 2016 Toyota Tundra I drove into the parking lot and Camryen Mingee, sales person met me. I told him what i was looking for. I wanted to get out of my 2016 Toyota Tundra valued at $19,000.00 if I traded at a dealership. But if I sale it person to person it could price as much as $27,000.00. So Camryn started.going over the numbers (sales pitch, take to manager) that kind tactics. While I was looking at one contract they were waving another one, from a lady stretched across back to back desk, Saying "what will it take Mr.Crawford for you to sign'? I looked down at the contract that I was signing. It wasn't what i wanted but i thought they're not going to go any lower. Meanwhile Camryen was working with another customer. So I assumed Camryen made the sale he was done with me. So they led me into the finance office met ( he ) he said we will electronically sign the all cash contact. After signing he brought out a little stand with 4 different choices I listen to all they do even fix paint issues Which one? now I'm thing do I have to buy the last one. the cheapest. If i didn't have to buy the $5000.00 extra money. I said to my self, I ll just cancel tomorrow when I pick up the car. Oh you can't cancel. but half of it I said do it. I met the manager ( ) after signing's the contract i said i'll see ya'll tomorrow. Camreny told me that he would it wash and detail it tomorrow when I came in to pick up the car.. Got there the mid morning and he had washed the car but no detailing. I didn't noticed until the next couple of days later, the sales sticker print that they put on the car was stuck on the windshield, left an imprint that i could not get off. Got there the next day, Camryen went to get the keys and that's ts were I tried to cancel the maintenance programs. That after noon when 'i got the brand car home, I noticed the front passager window didn't look right. So I rolled the window down then back up and the window was a little lower. but still about 1/ 4" high. called Camryen and explain the issue. He said bring the car back. We'll let our service manager( ) look at . He this will take about 1 1 /2 hrs. that's fine so It took longer than the expected time slot. ( ) said we have put it back together it works but we have ordered another one from Germany. He said can you leave it for an over nite. I said yes THERS MORE TO THE STORY More
