2 New Cars, 1 Great Visit My wife and I went in to the dealership recently to see if there were any options to get me out of my car that I was pretty upside down on. We explained our situation to Nathan, he gave us a lot of great information in response to what we were looking for and what we could afford. That, along with his work with the finance team, made it possible for us to get me into a new car. Along the way, someone made a comment about getting my wife out of her lease with Kia and into of their cars. We hadn't really considered this going in, but we thought it wouldn't hurt to have them run some numbers and see what came out. When it was all said and done, Nathan and the team at Volkswagen of Gainesville got my wife and I into two new, great cars that we can afford, and even lowered what my payment was going to be after working on my wife's car. There isn't enough good I can say about the team here. No one was pushy, the dealership is comfortable, and everyone was great to work with. More

Best experience at a car dealership I've ever had! We went in this weekend to potentially look at trading in one of our cars. We worked with Nathan Foreman and he spent so much time going over what the best option for us would be, what our long term goals were, and the whole time his main focus was on making us happy. We never felt pushed into buying anything, we never felt like we were getting taken advantage of, and we definitely felt like his top priority was what we wanted, not just making the sale. We spent lots of time talking through which car we'd like to get, and he went through every option with us. We ended up buying two cars because they got us awesome deals, and their warranties are so great it was a no brainer. Nathan worked with us picking the cars, and then Derek and Scott helped us get the best deal on those cars. They worked to get us the best deal we could get. We have two new cars that we love, and also know exactly where we'll be buying cars from now on! Not to mention, we'll be sending all of our friends in that direction as well. Best car experience ! I had the most unbelievable car buying experience with Volkswagen of Gainesville. I recently moved from Oregon and did not know where to go. The minut I had the most unbelievable car buying experience with Volkswagen of Gainesville. I recently moved from Oregon and did not know where to go. The minute I sent a message thru the online website with questions Nate responded and followed thru til the end. I got pictures sent to me and a walk around video of the car within minutes of my request!!! Being a little hesitant he assured that they would take care of me. The next day they picked me up from my home 2 hours away since I had no way to get there. They had the car ready and paperwork was quick. The general manger Damon was awesome with getting the best price for the car! Full tank of gas and blue tooth set up I was on my way in no time at all! Nate has been awesome following up, to see if I am enjoying the vehicle. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. They were absolutely the best! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I found a used car online emailed the dealership to get a copy of the car fax on Friday and Nate Foreman responded back with car fax. Then on Saturda I found a used car online emailed the dealership to get a copy of the car fax on Friday and Nate Foreman responded back with car fax. Then on Saturday morning I emailed Nate that I would be there @2:30 he had the car ready for the test drive. When I met him he was such a nice young man with great customer service took me and husband for the test drive, went through the car with us. We went in got the paper ready for us to purchase with the deal. I cant say enough about my experience today with Nate and the staff and the GM. I would recommend them to any body and I will be back to buy another car with Nate and the whole staff. I would like to say also my experience with the finance guy was really great a lot of times you are really pressured with finance but he was really great. Thanks for my experience today!!!!! More

Amazing, simply AMAZING!!! I walked into this dealership with nothing but hesitation that they would be like every other place I had been in the last few months. Boy was I wrong I walked into this dealership with nothing but hesitation that they would be like every other place I had been in the last few months. Boy was I wrong! Anthony walked up and introduces himself and immediately made myself and my fiance feel very welcomed and comfortable (which for my fiance is a hard thing to do). Anthony did not pressure us in any way and really seemed to care about what we wanted and needed. We were in the showroom for a total of 7 hours within 2 days, only because of my own time constraints, and the entire team did everything they could to put me into they only car the bank would fiance me for. They took my passion and made it their own! I completely appreciate everything Anthony and the entire team at Volkswagen of Gaineaville did for me! THANK YOU!!! More
