Watch out for finance office, they lied about credit score by 30 points to raise payment. Agreed price went up 40$ a month when I stepped in office. dealership experience ever. Went in last Monday to see a vehicle listed at 10k which I verified on the phone prior and took a screenshot of. Then magically when I got there in person the price went to 11.3k vehicle listed at 10k which I verified on the phone prior and took a screenshot of. Then magically when I got there in person the price went to 11.3k when they were “looking” for the vehicle on the lot for 30 minutes (clearly changing price online). After a mechanical issue they stated I could put the deposit down to reserve vehicle (which I did) and they would fix the issue. I brought up the price change which was extremely odd and was reassured they would work it out. FOUR days later and multiple follow up calls on my end they finally said it was fixed (simple $50 ball joint) and could come re test drive it. Test drove was good and given it being a used car one of the tires could of been replaced/front breaks. I was then told there was more issues that needed repairs which I spoke with the VW mechanic who told me breaks and tires without them knowing I found these “mechanic issues” they started referring to without giving specifics because they “don’t know mechanical part of the job.” Was told by sales manager (tall gentleman front desk) the price is now $15,000k and he LEGALLY could not sell me the vehicle and would lose his license for not replacing breaks/tires (WHICH WERE IN FINE CONDITION)??? Lol can’t make it up must be super great new $5000 tires/breaks. Mentioned I don’t need that and can easily do it myself and to sell the original price which was why we came in the first place. He denied selling me the car without these “necessary” fixes. He also stated there’s a lifetime certified pre owned even though it has 130k miles and this was the reason also of a 5k price change. Short story long he wasted my time trying to rip off some B.S “mechanical repairs” aka absolutely nothing for an additional $5000 more than the listed price on a used vehicle. Sales member Krishna was super under trained couldn’t give a straight answer for anything and was at the front desk with assuming the sales manager for a vast majority of the time as we waited around eventually giving us the fantastic news of a random $5000 price increase (sales manager told us all the “legal” mechanic things). Don’t go here if you want to get xx shoved down your ears. 0/5 stars. More

Nobody behind service desk wears a mask. Service area incompetent. Brought the car in to replace a lightbulb. Held the car 3 days before telling me it was a wiring issue and that they fixed it. 2 weeks incompetent. Brought the car in to replace a lightbulb. They told me it needs a new socket but they have to order it and will give me an estimate. Really? I need to pay twice to replace a bulb? At a VW service shop?
