We had a very pleasant buying experience overall! We didn't feel any pressure from Julian and it made it easy to make a quick deal. They were also attentive to any concerns we had. PSA: DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT VW of Freehold ! !!!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but considering my wife almost got into a terrible accident yesterday due to this I wanted to share so it doesn’t !!!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but considering my wife almost got into a terrible accident yesterday due to this I wanted to share so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I took my wife’s suv to the service dept last week bc there was a terrible noise whenever she pushed the brakes. After keeping the car there for two days the service manager stated that there was nothing wrong with the car and that they couldn’t hear the noise whenthey took it on a test drive. I asked her multiple times if they actually checked the brakes and she said they did and that the brakes were fine. I picked up my suv and the sound was even worse and in the bad rain yesterday my wife almost got into a terrible accident while trying to brake. I took her suv to another dealership today and they told me that there was zero chance that VW of Freehold actually even looked at my brakes bc if they did they would have immediately been able to see that the brakes were completely worn down and both my pads and rotors needed to be changed immediately. When I called VW again today to ask for the 4th time if they even looked at my brakes the service manager said she wasn’t sure and even though she sees a multipoint inspection in the computer she would need to check with the tech to see if they actually looked. SO BASICALLY I was lied to multiple times that they actually looked at my brakes, they clearly never did and risked my wife getting into a terrible accident due to pure negligence and irresponsibility on their part. And before anyone says just go somewhere else - since I bought my car from this dealership (which they also lied to me when buying my car so I should have known better) in order to keep my extended warranty I HAVE to get my car serviced here!!!! DONT BUY OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE.. you have been warned!!!! Also VW pays to get their bad Google reviews removed LOOK AT YELP More
