I purchased a pickup truck on Jan 31st and traded in a leased Ford Ranger, and the dealership was supposed to pay off the lease. This has not happened yet and it is approaching the end of March and is now affecting our lives in many other ways. This dealership is not responding adequately. They made a deal which seems they cannot actually close on but there is no more information forthcoming. Now my wife and I are stuck in between a rock and a hard place. We have contacted the BBB to file a formal complaint. This dealers BBB rating is an F and for good reason! More
