I dropped my car off at 8:00 am. My car was promised by 4:00 pm. When I did not receive a phone call or message about my car, I called at 4:30. No one called me back and they kept my car over night. I had to take the next day off from work since they did not have a loaner car and no one called me to give me the status of my car. I called multiple times only to be told a part needed to be ordered. After having the car for a full day the part was not ordered until the next morning further delaying the job. I had to pick my car back up and now wait for a loaner car in order to begin replace my and repairs. Knowing that I could not use my windshield fluid as this is the part that needs replacement, my car was left as is with huge bird feces across my windshield when I came the next day to pick up. More
Great dealership! ! I called in with a last minute emergency with my suv. Joann was very nice and helpful!!! She went above and beyond making sure if I needed a ride ! Also making sure my suv was looked at do to being down two auto technicians. In addition thank you Paul the technician for going above and beyond. He went to pick the part up for my suv that would not have come in until the next day. THANK YOU Both!! More
I went to this dealership without expecting to buy a car. I just wanted to test drive a Tiguan. Walking I felt good vibes. The rep that greeted me was the director of sales, Billy Sherman, he introduced me to his son, Jordan, he was going to be helping my husband and I out with the test drive, who was very friendly and excited to show us a car. Jordan was also very informative and helpful in my search. We did end up purchasing a Taos (it was in the showroom and caught my eye!) that same day! The purchase was easy and stress free. Thanks so much, I love our new car and will be recommending your dealership to others! More
I’m really disappointed about the service I received. The whole process was a disaster; I was in communication with the dealership that I was going to be there at 4:00-4:30pm and I was told there was a The whole process was a disaster; I was in communication with the dealership that I was going to be there at 4:00-4:30pm and I was told there was a specific car at the dealership that I truly wanted and drove to freehold for, it wasn’t there, then the pointing the finger game occurred (such as it’s Volkswagens fault we don’t have AWD trucks, we shouldn’t have told you we had that car, sorry for wasting your time, sorry our staff is young and inexperienced). Then when I become fed up with the apologies and I want to leave the manager comes out and offers me a different car that he has on property and asks if I can pay more for a car I don’t want? The manager gave me a fair deal and acted like it was an excellent one, on a car with less features than what I came in for. I agreed on $430 as a price point and the dealership changed it to $430.89 on the paperwork. If you’re looking to get in a Volkswagen do your homework and make sure you don’t go here, with your hands tied already. As soon as the manager and myself shook hands, the salesmen jetted to another family to try and sell another car. I was told by the salesmen he was going to put gas in my new car, however he took another family on a test drive while my paperwork was being processed so I had to stop for gas on way home. On top of all this, the dealership employees were participating in a fantasy football draft while I was waiting for my paperwork. I’m hoping that the paperwork on Volkswagens side is filed properly because I didn’t feel comfortable about it while at their dealership. The amount of time that was necessary for me to be there was an hour at most, I got there at 4:30pm and didn’t leave till after 7:30pm. Be careful coming here. Best customer service and the 2 ladies at the service desk kept updating me and they had me out of there in no time. Excellent diagnosis and it was a minor issue that was quickly resolved.
