This is the 4th car we bought from this dealer. I am very unhappy with this purchase. I was told it has the same options that we had on the car we traded in but it does not have most of the options I am very unhappy with this purchase. Tried calling the salesman that sold us this car with several time with no return phone car. The new car Has dirty window and the delivery was not good except fii oh r connecting our phone. Nothing was explained to us about any options if any at all. Sensor are very important to which seems to be none existent. To make the short, we seem to have down graded and not up graded. Good relationship prior to the sale but after it was a different story. I did not get the paperwork on the warranty for the finish and interior as I was told I would get. First off, Joe was extremely Professional and Honest. Thats the only good thing! We drove 6.5 hours (One Way) to purchases a 2018 Ford Expedition. Vehicle drove fine and was in pretty good cosmetic condition. When we first test drove the vehicle, we were inside of the vehicle when we started the engine. Ran fine and sounded fine; therefore, we handed them a check and was out the door with the Expedition. When we went to leave, I was standing outside the vehicle when my wife cracked the engine. I heard a weird noise for a split second, and asked Joe what the noise was. He responded, " Not real sure, but the vehicle has checked out by OUR mechanics, and we could not sale the vehicle if there was anything wrong with it." I took his word for it and we drove 6.5 hours home. Once we get home, we crank the vehicle again, and again there was the noise. I have a mechanic look a the vehicle, and to a shocking surprise the engine has a bad Cam Phaser. I contact the dealership and the manager told me "Well you did by a used vehicle." Such as slap in the face! More
