Unfortunately they are misleading in pricing on there online products and when you walk in. Poor customer service and outright not being truthful. I ended up driving 3 hours away to get the car I wanted online products and when you walk in. Poor customer service and outright not being truthful. This is the 4th car we bought from this dealer. I am very unhappy with this purchase. I was told it has the same options that we had on the car we traded in but it does not have most of the options I am very unhappy with this purchase. Tried calling the salesman that sold us this car with several time with no return phone car. The new car Has dirty window and the delivery was not good except fii oh r connecting our phone. Nothing was explained to us about any options if any at all. Sensor are very important to which seems to be none existent. To make the short, we seem to have down graded and not up graded.
