Hey JW still haven’t got the help you promised at delivery to find a way to get the car internet connected to the VW of America web ..a little complexity beyond your aptitude or ability to find a propeller head in the broad organization who can fix this glitch we stumbled into? Or the finance guy…he phoned a few days after we took delivery and said he screwed up the docs…needed me to return to the dealership to resign everything. GM was always available prior to closing…hasn’t been heard from since despite requests for his involvement in solving the software issue. Dog poop! More

I just purchased a vehicle here a couple days ago and although it's a great car my experience was not very good. While negotiating my deal they were trying to add in things I had already told them I didn although it's a great car my experience was not very good. While negotiating my deal they were trying to add in things I had already told them I didn't want in order to charge me more money. After the deal was done I brought the car home and noticed there was a crack in the windshield which I didn't notice because they covered it with a sticker. I went to the dealership to see if they would fix the windshield and to ask a question I had about a charge on my paperwork, and the manager Jimmy Young was very unprofessional getting upset and shaking and not wanting to discuss these issues with me. He would not fix the windshield which is such an inexpensive fix for a dealership that makes so much money and threatened to kick me out of the dealership. The way I was treated does not make me want to refer my family and friends to this dealership that tries to squeeze every dime out of you. When I first went there Jimmy said he does business differently but from what I have seen he's just another shady salesman.I will be refinancing asap. More
