If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. This dealership is full of scummy salesmen. Even a person worked there for 4 years said so, he said they try to avoid any warranty work as much as possibl dealership is full of scummy salesmen. Went there to buy a used vehicle, filled out the credit application, had 4 thousand to put down, but they chose someone who didn't even have any money to put down. They wouldn't even accept my credit application. Pretty discriminatory if you ask me. - 2 days later Brendan calls me and says he has another car I would be interested in, I told him I'm buying from another dealership. He continues to tell me I should buy from them, and not a non VW dealer. I told him I am buying from a VW dealership, just not theirs. He told me in these exact words, "You might know how to shop for cars but it seems you don't know manners." Then he continues to argue with me saying "I actually think its funny a 21 year old with an onlyfans is trying to tell me we are scummy." Did not know Cook lets their employees not only talk to customers like this but argue with them? Good thing I'm a Paralegal at a law firm right? - As you all can see how defensive this dealership gets when someone bad mouths them, must be because they don't want people to know the truth... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED: If you have an appointment for a repair, confirm with the Service Associate that having an appointment does, in fact, mean that your car will be worked on. I dropped my car off a repair, confirm with the Service Associate that having an appointment does, in fact, mean that your car will be worked on. I dropped my car off for a repair (the part was ordered and arrived) at 10AM, at 4PM I returned to only hear from the Service Associate, "Unfortunately, the technician couldn't get to your car today". No apology... no explanation. I e-mailed the General Manager, Frank Shaffer, and never received a response. Also suspicious that I never received a Customer Survey inquiring about that visit??????????? I consistently have received Customer Surveys with every visit to the dealer. If only giving less than 1 star was an option.......... More

I visited Cooks Volkswagen and met Mrs.Teena in December I visited Cooks Volkswagen and met Mrs.Teena in December of 2018. I went in with my 2015 Lancer and stuck not knowing how to get out of it. She work I visited Cooks Volkswagen and met Mrs.Teena in December of 2018. I went in with my 2015 Lancer and stuck not knowing how to get out of it. She worked her magic and got me into a 2016 Chevy Trax. It wasn’t my favorite car nor what I wanted, but Mrs.Teena promised me that if I made every car payment on time and kept my mileage low on the vehicle to come back to her in 1 year to trade it in. I was hesitant but yesterday March 7th, 2020 I walked into Mrs.Teena’s office and told her I was ready to try. She came back with a set of keys and a huge smile on her face. Mrs.Teena got me approved for a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan, the SUV I originally went in for back in 2018. She has been such an inspiration and has worked so very hard to get me where I am today. Without Mrs.Teena I would still be driving that 2015 Mitsubishi. Thank You Mrs.Teena for all you do and being a huge support in getting me into the car I deserve! More

We visited Cook Volkswagen today, and purchased a 2017 Ford Escape. We found the vehicle, along with others of interest, by visiting Cook's website directly. The website is very user -friendly, and allows very detailed searches. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Robert Damrow. Robert is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He quickly determined our needs by asking appropriate, open-ended questions. During the test drive, Robert explained all of the features of the vehicle, of which there were many. He also demonstrated the use of functions that were not self-explanatory, and patiently answered our questions. He gets extra points for giving us time to decide without being pushy or impatient. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name if the gentleman in the Finance/Management office, but he was also very friendly and efficient. Documents were prepared quickly and efficiently, and the freshly-washed vehicle was waiting for us at the door. Robert earned more points by syncing my phone to the car. This was an extremely pleasant car-shopping experience (something I usually dread). I would highly recommend Cook Volkswagen and Robert to anyone shopping for a vehicle. The icing on the cake.... Out of curiosity, I checked Car Gurus after I got home. The vehicle we had just purchased was listed as a "Great Deal". More
