Really nice guy, but he lied to my face the whole time. I came in knowing what the bank would offer for a loan on my used vehicle and i was laughed at. Then he told me the value of the vehicle is unknown. I came in knowing what the bank would offer for a loan on my used vehicle and i was laughed at. Then he told me the value of the vehicle is unknown. I was right the whole time and given an unfair trade in value. Not sure what i could have done differently to receive honesty. I just hope in the future, honesty and fairness could be part of your dealerships motto. More
