When I bought my A5 in Morton Grove they told me that a manual did not come with my car. I complained to Audi in Eau Claire and they said it did come with the cars and they got Morton Grove to send me on manual did not come with my car. I am not computer savy and don't want to have to rely on my phone to learn about my car. I am used to looking things up in my manuals. I am appreciative that Eau Claire did this for me.
