From the first phone call when I talk to Mark in parts and he gave me all the information that we needed to order the parts and they got them in right away. Tyler in service did an excellent job. There were some troubles trying to get the repair done but they stuck with it and got it done right.Tyler did an excellent job communicating with me and my daughter and they even had a shuttle service so my daughter could drop her car off and pick it up. The issue is not with the service writes and Tyler does and excellent job. The issue relies on the fact that a repair that should have been done months ago by the first technician whom didn’t do the full j and excellent job. In the process the broken part was jury rigged to make a sort of repair. I was never alerted to this and is unacceptable. More
