I had both right side doors replaced after a hit and run. Found the right front speaker had been damaged and there is wind noise coming from the right side doors. I thought that the new decor in the hospitality portion for volkswagon customers is very institutional and cold. Also cold were the people that work there who passed through the hospitality room as not for volkswagon customers is very institutional and cold. That included the sales people who passed thru or the ones I encountered as I walked thru the display rooms.. Just not cozy or inviting; no coffee or cookies, no social workers, just cold and uninviting. However, the gentleman who wrote up my work order and collected the $ was the bright spot with smiles and efficiency! He reminded my of when Joe worked there. I did not see one sales person that worked there only a few years ago; must not be very employee oriented. More
