The folks at Ken Vance VW left nothing to be desired. Came in for a service appt, where Jon and newbie Tyler treated us like royalty, and ended up leaving in a new car because Pat and James and Logan gav Came in for a service appt, where Jon and newbie Tyler treated us like royalty, and ended up leaving in a new car because Pat and James and Logan gave us the royal treatment, too. Came in a little early for appointment and took me in. Friendly and ready for a bad joke I had for them. Kidded about the broken coffee pot and had I been a day early there would have been no coffee.
